Before installing any new flooring, we performed a moisture evaluation of the concrete slab using a calibrated moisture meter. Proper moisture readings are critical before installing carpet, LVP, engineered wood, or other finished flooring materials.

Hidden Damage Behind Baseboards
After removing baseboards, we discovered additional drywall deterioration that was not visible during the initial walkthrough. Water travels horizontally and vertically.
