They did a great job, came to install my utility, sink and washing machine very fast. And the will be coming back for some more work in my bathroom. Highly recommend.

Antulio Lopez, the owner of Zion Remodeling is thorough, professional and reasonable. He and his expert technician, Renee, have redone our kitchen beautifully and were able to bring closure in an excellent way to a DIY job I had started on the bathroom years ago. We hope to have them perform another transformative job in our basement bathroom.

As with our first experience, for our bathroom remodel, the technicians, interactions with the owner, the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer service is top notch. I had an amazing experience with Antulio and Rene at Zion Home Remodeling. They remodeled my bathroom, Antulio was an excellent project manager from start to finish, helping me to pick out the right fixtures, handling issues that came up along the way and offering guidance. Their work was flawless, and on top of that the team was able to finish much faster than expected! I highly recommend Zion and will plan to use them again for future projects.

Very pleased and thrilled we went with Zion Home Remodeling. We added a full bathroom to our home and it looks great. When starting this process, Zion... was one of only two companies to think out of the box to ensure our project could come together as desired. They did a sketch and answered plenty of questions prior to us signing the contract. Something I needed for peace of mind. We do recommend that you ask plenty of questions including the "what if questions" to ensure you have extra money set aside. We did and were prepared.

Zion Home Remodeling was a pleasure to work with. Mr. Lopez and his team of professionals took our 1960s kitchen and remodeled it into 2024. I would recommend Zion to anyone looking to remodel their home.

This review is long overdue, but not due to any reluctance on my part--just procrastination. 😉 For about the first five years that we lived in our newly built home, I had been dissatisfied with the poor workmanship of the original "premium" builder. Eventually, I gave up on trying to get them to honor their commitment to quality and called Antulio and the wonderful team from Zion Home Remodeling team to address some of those remaining issues and to do a complete remodel of the kitchen. Antulio is very detail-oriented and meticulous--from the initial consult where he comes in and takes copious notes and measurements that form the basis of a line-item estimate--on through to the attention to quality in delivering the final product. Throughout the entire process I was impressed with Antulio's and his team's work ethic and commitment to ensuring my satisfaction when the job was completed. Well, when they did finish and I put everything in place, I was at last happy with my home for the first time since we had been there, and my new kitchen is just what I shared with Antulio as my ultimate vision when we first met. If you are considering any type of home improvement and you want a reliable partner in delivering on your vision, you really need to call Antulio at Zion Home Remodeling.

This was my first time working with Zion Home Remodeling but it won't be my last! I needed to remodel a smaller bathroom but wasn't sure where to start. Antulio was very responsive, from beginning to end. The initial estimate included a complete breakdown of the planned work and pricing, including links to items such as the vanity, tile, and lighting options so I could review. He made sure I understood the next steps and timeline, sent very helpful suggestions to make the bathroom aesthetic more pleasing, and communicated consistently throughout the entire renovation. Antulio and his team did an outstanding job. I was very pleased with the final result and look forward to working with them on future projects!

I had Zion finish a room in my basement for a gym and from start to finish they did a great job, they addressed any concerns and handled the project from start to finish as professional and timely as you could ever hope for. They showed up early and doing drywall work you'd expect a mess but they worked to keep it to a minimum which was greatly appreciated. I have recommended Zion to neighbors for any home improvement projects and would DEFINITELY reach out to them again for any other projects I may want to do!

January, 2018, I had a major pipe burst while cruising in Central America which left my first floor and basement in ruins! I immediately begin searching the web for recommended contractors and Zion Remodeling was included in my search results. Most importantly, the reviews were current and I liked what was written on the service and workmanship. So, I took the leap of faith and called Zion Remodeling. Prior to the completed renovation of my first floor and basement, for months it was difficult for me to smile upon entering my home. After the renovation I now have a huge smile when I enter my home and go into the basement! The crew is very professional, arrived on time ready for work and friendly, even when I was being picky! Their workmanship is outstanding. Everyone who visits me always compliment my floors and steps, even, friends who are contractors!! I can't tell what was damaged anymore! When the renovation was completed and the crew were packing up their equipment to leave, I felt like my family was leaving me! Antulio did an amazing job of remodeling my entire kitchen (floors, cabinets, and countertops). He provided a detailed estimate of the project costs and stayed within budget and the timeline given to complete the job. They were a few hiccups along the way, but Antulio was able to offer alternatives that were not as costly as they could have been. The crew was very hard working and respectful and I will definitely work with Zion Home Remodeling again. This is not the first time working with this company. Last spring, Zion completed an entire bathroom remodel that was an insurance claim. Antulio was knowledgeable about the insurance claims process and submitted the type of information that was needed to get the claim approved. They are many contractors to choose from, but if you want a professional contractor that is reliable, Zion Home Remodeling is the company for you.

Antulio and the crew were great to work with. I had a kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and painting remodeled. Halfway through they discovered structural problems with the house, and we worked together on the options and pricing. Everything turned out great, and I'm glad I chose Zion considering the additional issues that we found.

Zion Home Remodeling did excellent work on putting our basement back together after some recent water damage and installation of a sump pump. Throughout the process, communication was consistent and effective. Zion took their time to understand our needs and executed our vision. We wish we had enough in our budget for all of the work to be completed by Zion, but at the end of the day, we are extremely happy with all of the work that they did in restoring our basement back to its former glory. Will definitely use them again for any future work.

The Zion Home Remodeling team was excellent! I have absolutely no complaints. They impressed me from start to finish. I met with Antulio for the estimate. He was on time and very efficient. He came in, I showed him what I wanted. He took the measurements and 2 days later I had my estimate. I had 2 other companies provide me with estimates for the same exact work and Zion Home Remodeling was hands down the best price. Everything was clearly itemized, so there was no guesswork on what cost what. I signed the contract and they began working a week later. I had my entire basement renovated from the ceiling to the floor, including removing a brick base wood stove and patching the chimney hole, removing old drop tile ceiling, replacing with drywall, removing wood paneling and replacing with drywall as well and they only took 3 weeks. When it came to selecting materials like flooring, carpeting, light fixtures, paint etc., Antulio made the process really easy by providing me links to to select materials and explaining everything to me during the process. His crew was very polite and friendly and they did A work. The payments were collected as different phases of the project was completed which I thought was very fair. They went above and beyond and I would refer this company to anyone who wants great work done in their homes for a fair price. I will be calling them back in the spring to get my new showers installed. Thanks again for everything you have done for my home, the basement looks like a brand new house! Excellent work!

Antulio and his team are amazing. I had a roof leak in my master bedroom and bathroom. I called them and the estimate he gave to the insurance adjuster was impeccable. So much so that the adjuster recommended him for another claim. They showed up on time and their attention to detail is unparalleled. They replaced my whole roof and repaired my master bedroom. I love the results.
